You have to type in your MSISDN in an internet window. Once the validity of the number has been checked,  you will see a short code and a PIN code displayed on a banner. You must then send this PIN code via SMS to the shown short code, in order to complete the payment process.

Step 3:

Redirect to our website
After you have finished the payment transaction successfully, you get redirected to our website. As soon as you have clicked through the short self guided mopay flow successfully, the fee will be subtracted from the credit balance using prepaid cards. For those customers with contracts, the payment will appear on the next mobile phone bill.
